Meet the Chef

Janice Sandoval, Executive Chef, oversees the culinary operations of the 479-room Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge.  She brings more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry working with fellow leading hotel brands such as Omni Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.  Her strengths include menu development and maximizing the efficiency of staff.
